How to Search for Workers

To find the right candidate for a job, you need 4-5 applications for screening. Make sure you include specific details in the job posting so that workers can understand the work and you can easily find the best worker.

After posting a job, follow these steps to find a reliable worker:

Step 1: Once you’re logged in to your account, click “Jobs” on the top menu bar. And under the drop-down option choose “Job Details”.

Step 2: On this page, select the “ Invite Worker” option available at the top.

Step 3: Select and Invite Workers.

On the following screen, you’ll see a list of workers for you to choose for the job posted. Click on the “+Add” button to select a worker.

You’ll see this message on your screen. Invite has been successfully sent to all selected workers.

Wait for the worker to accept the invitation!
