How We Vet
Our Vetting Process
SiteWorker employs a thorough, step-by-step process for guaranteeing all workers on our network possess the necessary skills, certifications, licenses, training, and discipline required to safely and reliably complete clean energy projects from start to finish.
- Before workers and subcontractors can access job postings or bid on projects, they must submit documented proof of their certifications and experience.
- We also require documented proof of recent drug screens, background checks, and eligibility to work in the US.
- SiteWorker’s team independently verifies the validity of all documents and work experience.
- Additionally, we interview workers and subcontractors over live video to establish professional repertoire and to confirm their identities.
6 Steps to Ensure Quality Work
Step 01 We rigorously search for the best.

- Follow directions
- Report ongoing or potential issues regarding the jobsite or crew

Workers and crews benefit from soft skills screening, as well. A new hire on an established crew will have peace-of-mind that they’re a good fit. Meanwhile, crews will know that new team members were carefully reviewed before even showing up to the jobsite.
As part of our Upskills Program, screening for soft skills is a service provided free-of-charge by SiteWorker for all approved companies on the network.
